Low ha anunciado un nuevo álbum titulado Double Negative y saldrá el 14 de septiembre a través de Sub Pop. El álbum fue producido por BJ Burton y grabado en el estudio April Base de Justin Vernon en Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Burton co-produjo previamente One and Sixes de la banda, que también se grabó en April Base .
