Se han revelado los nominados a los premios Grammy 2024, con Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, Lana Del Rey, boygenius, Miley Cyrus, Foo Fighters y Arctic Monkeys a la cabeza.
Ahora en su 66.º año, los Grammy reconocen los mejores álbumes, canciones y música lanzados entre el período de elegibilidad (1 de octubre de 2022 – 15 de septiembre de 2023).
Los premios Grammy 2024 se llevarán a cabo el 4 de febrero de 2024 en el Crypto.com Arena de Los Ángeles. El evento se transmitirá en vivo por CBS y Paramount+.
La nueva categoría de este año incluye las incorporaciones de Mejor grabación de baile pop, Mejor álbum de jazz alternativo y Mejor interpretación de música africana. Otros cambios implican que el número total de nominados en las categorías de los “Cuatro Grandes” (Álbum, Disco, Canción y Mejor Artista Nuevo) se reduzca de diez a ocho. Sobre el tema de la IA, “solo los creadores humanos son elegibles para ser considerados, nominados o ganar un premio Grammy. Una obra que no contiene autoría humana no es elegible en ninguna categoría”.
