Weezer ha anunciado una película en vivo filmada durante su gira actual de 2024 para celebrar el 30 aniversario de su debut homónimo, también conocido como The Blue Album.
Titulado Weezer’s Voyage to the Blue Planet: The Concert Film, fue capturado en el TD Garden de Boston el 10 de septiembre y se transmitirá en vivo en Moment.co el 13 y 14 de octubre.
Las entradas anticipadas por $13 estarán disponibles hasta el 27 de septiembre al mediodía, y después el precio aumentará a $16. Las entradas compradas el mismo día estarán disponibles por $18. Se podrá ver una repetición de la película durante 24 horas después de su transmisión. Las entradas están disponibles aquí.
Weezer también celebra el 30 aniversario del Blue Album con una reedición expansiva que incluye 36 temas inéditos. Los pedidos anticipados están en marcha antes de su lanzamiento el 1 de noviembre.
La gira de Weezer, que contará con la participación especial de Flaming Lips y Dinosaur Jr., tiene fechas restantes en Texas, el noroeste del Pacífico y California.
